Hello! Living with scoliosis, conquering cystic acne, and dealing with menstrual pain has taught me the power and resilience gained from regular self-care practice.

I help those living with chronic conditions and chronic pain make peace with their bodies, reconnect with their intuition and reclaim their autonomy to live their best lives.

I am a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Certified Aromatherapist, and Embodiment Meditation Teacher based in Tucson, Arizona.
